Both rooms enjoy double-aspect views of the Rhinns lighthouse and the Isle of Orsay – light moves gently through the space from morning to evening.

The Trophy Room sits on the first floor – the newest part of the property, built as a private sitting room by the previous owners. Now a double room with en-suite bathroom, it enjoys double-aspect views across the water to the Rhinns lighthouse and the Isle of Orsay.

Ground floor · Twin room
The Old Boathouse
The Old Boathouse sits on the ground floor – first used by Gilbert McKinnon, the original owner of Burnside Lodge, to build boats. Now a light and spacious twin room with en-suite shower room, it carries a simple connection to the building’s coastal past. Please note there are steps down into the room.
